POOL RENDERING: PART III
Tuesday, September 28, 2010 Finaly, part III uses some techniques to add warmth and drama to the image. Like the other videos, these last few steps give the digital illustration a "painterly" look. The extent to which each step is used is subject to personal preference and can be controlled simply by adjusting the opacity of each layer.

Alex, great work. I never put in doubt that photoshop + creativity beats any 3d software to produce a rendering image that might take time and kill your computer. At school I just render with ambient light and sun for shadows (I use 3d Max), then I just photoshop. I don't render glass neither materials, just colors.
